A full-height walnut slat wall built around a 75-inch screen. Power and HDMI were run inside the framing before the slats went on, and LED cove lighting was set behind the top rail. Two days, carpentry and finish both in-house.
Solid block wall in a beachfront condo. Screen and soundbar both mounted and levelled, all cabling concealed inside the wall, and every component reconnected and paired before leaving. No surcharge for the concrete.
Slat spacing was set against the width of the instrument rather than a stock template, so the panelling reads as part of the room instead of a backdrop. Battens were sealed before installation to hold up to Florida humidity.
Cabinetry, counter tops, faucet and disposal, plus under-cabinet lighting and the switching to run it. Handled as one job rather than a carpenter, a plumber and an electrician on three different days.

Three retailers, eleven pieces, one visit. Batching a whole house into a single booking rather than paying a minimum charge on each is where the saving comes from.
Screen recessed into an existing built-in, cabling buried, and the cove lighting wired to a dimmer so the whole wall runs off one switch.
A settlement crack above a window, cut back, taped, skimmed and blended into the corner. The repair is only as good as the sanding, which is the part most people rush.
Horizontal slats with a floating shelf carrying the components. Every cable runs behind the panelling to a ventilated recess, so nothing is visible and nothing overheats.
Four cameras and a thermostat that needed a common wire the house did not have. Sorted on site rather than sending the homeowner back to the store, and all of it live in the app before leaving.
Panel moulding laid out to the bed width and ceiling height, filled, caulked and finished in a deep matte red. One wall, two days, and it changed the whole room.
A full-motion arm so the screen can be turned toward the kitchen. Cable slack was routed and dressed so the arm swings through its full travel without dragging anything.
