Who you are actually calling
My name is Jake. I have been doing home improvement work across Broward County for over ten years, and the phone number on this site rings my phone. There is no dispatcher and no call centre — if you text a photo of a wall, I am the person who looks at it.
The work started with televisions. Mounting screens is the job people most often try once and then call about, and it taught me the thing that shapes everything else I do: almost nobody has just one problem. They have a TV in a box, a door that will not latch, a cracked ceiling and a flat-pack dresser in the garage. Bringing in four trades for that costs more in call-out fees than the actual work.
So the range is deliberately wide. TV and A/V, accent walls and carpentry, furniture assembly, interior repair, exterior maintenance and smart home installation. Enough overlap to clear a whole list in an afternoon.
What I will not take on
Panel changes, new circuits, permitted structural work and anything that needs an engineered rating go to a licensed specialist. Saying so on the phone costs me a booking and saves you a problem, and I would rather have the second one.
How the pricing got published
TV mounting and furniture assembly are repeatable jobs — a 65-inch screen with in-wall cabling is the same work in every house. There is no honest reason to make you book a visit to find out what that costs, so the rates are printed on this site. Everything else is quoted free, usually the same day.
